4th of July was low-key. Tim worked that day & Owen was too little to enjoy fireworks. Sydney got to join the Olsen's at a 4th of July BBQ and the big fireworks show at Happy Valley Park. I'm so thankful we have such great neighbors who are like family!
This was the month of Summer Day Camps for Sydney. She went to a 2 week SNAP Day Camp during the last week of June & first week in July, and had fun at her Junior Picasso & Basketball classes. After 2 weeks she was more than happy to stay home for a couple weeks before another camp began! This little girl is a homebody who would sit in front of the TV or computer all day if we let her!
Sydney had a fun Girls Pajama Night with Caitlin, Maddy, Gracie & Abby, complete with popcorn & a movie!
We also took a family trip to Seaside. This was Owen's first time in a swing & the first time to touch sand! He loved both. Sydney was content to play in the sand & take a little walk down to the ocean with daddy while Owen and I watched from the swingset.
After playing in the sand we made it over to the rides & the arcade! I think this was the highlight of the trip for Sydney!
The last 2 weeks in July included a Clackamas United Soccer Camp & Girl Scouts Camp Clackawaukie!
