Each year Sydney has been so very lucky to have TWO birthday parties, one for friends & one for family. However, I think this will be the last year of that tradition. It becomes overwhelming for everyone & gives Sydney a sense of entitlement that we'd like to end promptly!
We spent the first half of the day at the Mt Scott Pool with Sydney's classmates Lillian, Allie, Brooke, Maddie, Payton, Allise, Ella & Abby. And great friends, Kiley & Mackenzie. The kids had fun eating cake & opening presents in the party room & were very anxious to head out to the pool to swim.
