Our previous Spring Break's have included a trip to Sunriver for the family, but this year we stayed in town & will be heading to Sunriver with Papa, Sue, Stacey, Alex, Max & Mya over Easter weekend instead. Sydney wasn't so sure about this change and was concerned that the Easter Bunny wouldn't be able to find us in Bend. I assured her that there would still be an Easter basket waiting for her outside her door, and all was well in her world!
Sydney's week consisted of late bed times, sleeping in, and playing with friends - Just what Spring Break should be for an 8 year old! We started off the week meeting up with Nichole, Kiley & Blake for treats at Starbucks and a little shopping, followed by days of ice skating with the Olsen's, hiking in Estacada, a play date with the Linke cousins, playing at the park with Gracie, Abbie & Maddie, and ending the week with swimming and a sleep over with Maddie! We didn't overbook ourselves and still had lots of time to hang out at home and relax. It was perfect!
